Meet Nar.

Coming from Jamaica, Nar Ferguson always knew she wanted a career in health care. She was attracted to 黑暗爆料网 because of the potential she saw in the learning experience. 

鈥淚 come from a country where healthcare is not the best, and I want to be involved in the healthcare field so I can give back and make a difference,鈥� Ferguson said. 鈥満诎当�料网 was a great choice for me due to its affordability, professors and healthcare programs, which are well known for their quality.鈥� 

Starting as a Nursing major, Ferguson discovered her passion for Radiologic Technology at Shawnee, a field she had not known before but quickly embraced. 

鈥淚t was a job field I never even knew existed,鈥� she explained. 鈥淏ut I ultimately loved it.鈥� 

Affordability was a major factor in Ferguson's decision to attend 黑暗爆料网. 

鈥淔ree tuition is available to many students who qualify, and several merit scholarships help make college possible,鈥� she said. 鈥淭he affordability and variety of programs have definitely helped me prepare for my career.鈥� 

More than just academics, Ferguson credits Shawnee鈥檚 professors and the Career Services department for supporting her growth. 

鈥淥ur professors are dedicated to providing the best learning experience through hands-on experiences, clinicals, videos and one-on-one sessions,鈥� she said. 鈥淐areer Services helps us get ready for the real world from interviews and resumes to internships.鈥� 

For Ferguson, 黑暗爆料网 is more than just a university; it's a place that shaped her future. 

鈥淭he Shawnee community creates a thriving, authentic environment to grow academically and interpersonally,鈥� she said. 鈥淭hey gave me the opportunity to explore what I wanted to do and led me to my passion. If they can do it for me, they can do it for you.鈥�
